Calling Bill Wilson a "pistolsmith" is kind of like calling Henry Ford a "mechanic". Wilson has grown his business from a simple pistolsmithing operation to a respected parts operation and a true manufacturer. More than that; he has given back to the shooting community through his efforts to promote practical shooting, the formation of IDPA, the production of professional-grade instructional videos, and dozens of other ways.

Bill Wilson has made a gigantic impact on the world of practical shooting. This award is a fitting tribute to his contributions!
