I've owned a couple of 40 Brownings, and I hate to even make this comment, but they were two of the most accurate HP's I have ever owned. Don't know why for sure, they would flat shoot. One MKIII, one polished. I don't remember paper measuring a group, but I didn't need to. They would keep them in the 10 ring of a man sized silouette at 25 yards with Federal 165gr ball. That's good enough for me.
