I love it in .45 I use it with 3 different bullets

remington gold saber
mag tec FMJ
and berry plated
all 230 grn

6.7 grains works great in my Springfield loaded
I bought a bunch of once fired nickle cases
sorted by headstamp (no reason other than different bullets different head stamps)

seated the gold saber to 1.250
and the other 2 at 1.265
