I was wondering if anyone knows where you can get a 9x23 barrel for the 22TCM/9mm combo. Or, if you can have a 9mm barrel modified to fire the 9x23.

9x23 runs at about 50% higher pressure (depending on who you believe), pushing bullets of the same weight considerably faster.

Yes, you can have a 9mm barrel reamed for the 9X23 cartridge. The 9X23 is a "longer" 9mm Luger, with respect to dimensions.

Factory 38 Super is a bit short of 9X23 performance.
