I just purchased a PX9154LP and was wondering what kind of advice folks might have on needed modifications, advice on concealed carry for this handgun (style, holster, etc.), and recommended mags to use with it, especially from anyone who also owns or has owned this model.

How does it stack up against the rest of the Springfield line?

Thanks in advance!

It is GOOD pistol - comparable to all the production pistols - should be reliable and accurate - be sure to test your defense ammo - some has issues with HP's - The black oxide finish over the SS will scuff and scratch off. - over time. But that is what give a pistol character.

the next step up is TRP and Trophy Match - then up to custom house SA pistols like the PRO - TGO1 etc.

Thanks for the warning on hollowpoints. Any advice on a good carry holster?
