British STERLING parkerized steel 40rd mag designed for use in both the ARMALITE AR18 & the COLT M16.

NOT exactly cheap either... lol


These steel mags were made in 20rd, 30rd & 40rd capacity & all are curved; not to be confused with the aluminum variants that are dedicated AR18/180 only!

BEST mag of this type on the market regardless of manufacturer or cost!

Relax, I said "maybe" USA brand. I don't know about being the "BEST mag of this type" though, unless you are referring to all 40 rounders.

Relax... who me? Hahahahahahaaaaaa. Yeah, I'm relaxed alrighty! 40rd mag dumps are very therapeutic. For real, these mags beat anything out there including the 30rd HK Maritimes. They're nicely welded & finished, EZ to load, no binding or follower tilt & tough to boot. The springs don't take a set. Since I have an AR18 & an M16, logistically, they fill the bill nicely!

They never have been cheap. I bought a bunch from Entreprise when they were let's say a bit more reasonable. Autoweapons.com has some for $175/ ea. Scary, huh?
