Just wanted to throw my two cents in on this great holster. I wore my new one today with a pair of shorts and a t-shirt and it concealed my Baer Concept VII perfectly.

This is one great holster.

Second that. Have one in left-hand persuasion for my Sig P220. Great holster!

McGee, and Fred, Thanks a million to you both for the compliment. I'm pissed though..Wish I could be wearing shorts, and a t-shirt! This has been one tough winter around here. We woke up this morning to about 3 inches of snow...AGAIN, or should I have said STILL...

Lou,

Know exactly how you feel. Why it probably won't get any higher than 66 degrees here today. Brrrr!!!

. I just can't understand why I'm in Chicago
. It's freezing here, I can't even imagine wearing shorts right now. Do ya have to rub it in?

Does RF have a web site? Sam
You guys should read the threads a little more carefully. All your questions were answered here:

Seems to be some confusion regarding the CQC line of holsters. I'll try to clarify it:
CQC- OWB holster with the traditional two slots to thread the belt through. Rides High

CQC/S- OWB is the one that snaps on the belt,
rides slightly lower.

CQC/I- IWB reinforced mouthband, interchangeable loops, stitched sight rails.
Rides low in the pants.

Where can I find one. This is exactly what I need.
is there a website where i can see his products?
RF holsters has a few not so great pics of Lou's gear.....we have our own holster showcase over at the cult of the P7 which shows it much better....

Another old thread resurrection!

Lou's CQC/S is the single best OWB holster I've ever used. I've had 4 of them so far, for different guns, and he gets all the "fine points" just right, including the relationship of depth of holster relative to belt and cant (which together conspire to achieve balance), and of course stability and the convenience of quick on-off provided by the fore and aft snapped straps.

The CQC/S happens to be shown and described in the current issue of American Handgunner.
Go to www.louderthanwords.us
Click "forum"
Look under "custom holsters"
You'll find a few posts and pics of Lou's rigs.

Lou and others,
Guns are easier to conceal when wearing winter gear. Look at the bright side, but wear sun glasses in the snow.

Son,
Where you been?

I completely agree with your evaluation of Alessi's CQC/S. I have one for each kind and size of pistol I own except for the Browning Hi-Power with an FM Detective slide. If Alessi made one for it I'd buy that too.
