They claim that only three to five percent of all of these shooters are "living with" mental illness.
How bogus can you get? I would say that it is pretty difficult to make the argument that any of them might not be.

I would think that a great deal of Mass Shooters are very mentally ill. But Mass Shooters are also a VERY small percentage of the people who commit murder.

Most killers are just criminals being scumbags. Or jealous lovers n' whatnot. Sure, not the most rational people at the moment but not totally insane either.
