Another O1991Z Question

I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that if the 2 model numbers are a match, then we have a match.
One other thing is....wasn't the Model "O" 1991 package what Colt submitted to the LAPD SWAT for testing? I Think I seem to remember someone posting that a while ago here.
