A 1.5", set up like a TRS - swapped 3 hole for solid and ambi for single, WC thins. Now it has Heine rears and is missing some paint around the muzzle.

I hope to have mine this week! If so I'll get you pictures & a range report. Went out and shot a friends TRS last week. He kept asking what I thought and if it was a good gun? I told him it would be fine untill I got my SPR then it would be just ok.

Here's my SRP before it went to Bob Rodgers for some work. It already had the Yost Bonitz Professional Grade sights (plain serrated rear, tritium front with white outline) and a slimmed-down Ed Brown ambi safety.

It was a great gun when it went to Bob. After his work, it's now simply spectacular. I just shot it again this weekend, doing transition drills from the carbine, and it never ceases to amaze me.

BD6 - soooo nice

CHelm - I'm not the best person to ask as I shoot and carry my TRS like a 500:1 b/c I like the way the sights are regulated on it as opposed to the SRP. In the amount of time that I have shot and carried the SRP I have lost some paint (now have bare shiny metal) around the muzzle and Safariland holsters have worn through the paint a bit on the frame. The gun has around 10k. The hood has some wear and looks about like BD6's first pic or a little worse. My TRS is now a light grey as the bluing is generally well under 50% all over.

They are both just dandy.

Thanks . Haven't noticed any slow down . The only thing that slowed me was the Baer front sight "dot" size . Had to have one with a ring around the tritium insert installed so my eyes went forward instead of to the rear dots .
