Sistema Colt (Got the spelling right after I looked it up) Are these fully compatible? How are they for shooting? I have a chance to buy one for $250.00. Looks to be in fair shape. I am looking for a shooter.

great shooter, its a M1911A1 so if "fully compatible" means standard 1911 parts then yes, it is.

Thanks! Was going to the gun show today, but the wife nixed that idea. Can't blame her, I have worked the last three weekends. I will look around at the local shops. Probably look at the next show in September. Have seen a couple around about the same price as a Daly, which is new. I kind of want a Colt though, even if it is old. Have a second Gen SAA, the clones that I also have don't feel the same.
