The 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month was the end of WW1.

It is now Veterans Day.

A day of remembrance of those who sacrificed much for our freedoms we enjoy today.

Some gave some and some gave all for the freedoms of America which are NOT free.

Thank you to all who have served and serve today for protecting FREEDOM.

Thank you for preserving the Greatest Country on Earth, the great experiment of whether common and free people can govern themselves.

Thank God for our veterans and Thank God for the USA.

Thanks for posting.

It was changed in 1954. I remember the huff in my household from my grandfather. My cousin and I are pretty stubborn, we still use Armistice Day.
