Feild stripped my CD and the pin fell out. Restaked it and seems to be good to go. Anyone else have a similar experience? If not it might be something to look out for.

mr browning, i have read other post that other 1911's has done as much. according to
there report it's nothing to be overly concern with. if it continues to fall out after restaking? buy a ed brown pin, it is slightly larger in diamenter. most american made pin's are. my cd was staking in, so far no problems. but your is nothing to worry about.

Thanks James, I'm glad it didn't work its way out at the range. If it causes me any more trouble I'll go the Ed Brown route.
