Your best bet then would be to try to find used but good base pads. These worked well when I had my para. At $15 ea. I think I'm giving these away.
Dawson makes a good one also. I'd invest in some ISMI springs for the para and the followers for hicaps were merely trimmed in the back to hold the extra 4 rounds. These are a good buy as they sell new for around $50 with a follower and spring. I may be able to dig up some old para springs and maybe 1 or so followers. Good Luck on your hunt.
