Also check out AR15.com

For auctions- I've had decent luck with gunbroker.com and auctionarms.com.

High dollar/custom guns probably move better on a forum vs. auction.

Tom, Dick, and Harry cruising Gunbroker may not recognize the value of a gun by Dick Heinie, Larry Vickers, Ned Christiansen, Dane Burns, etc.

I agree with Sniper. Sometimes you can do a face to face deal,I got a real nice Norinco just few hours from the house, you get a better feel for the guy you are dealing with, a plus if you are buying. I have had 2 good deals buying there.Good dealing to ya.

I agree. I have to look, hold, and if possible fieldstrip a gun befroe buying it used. In addition, most of the prices I've seen on GunsAmerica and Gunbroker make me think the bulk of the dealers are either very greedy, ignorant, or just stupid. One of them tried selling me a used Colt 1991 stainless that he had "customized" with drop in parts for $799.00. The really silly thing was that he probably DID have the best deal on the whole site!
