I'm glad it works for you.

Well, two months later and the Owner still refuses to honor his "full refund" offer even answer emails.
I'll never do business with them again nor recommend them to anyone.
that is poor business , i must have missed your post why you want a refund, what is the reason if i could ask?

I have tried many sharpeners and nothing comes close to my Wicked Edge. Once you have the desired angle it is just a matter of touching them up.

Check out their web site for video instructions. This is the last sharpener that I will ever purchase and I have had a few.

There are "better" systems designed to create perfect angles and edges but the Spyderco Sharpmaker is working perfectly for me, and leaves me with a rediculously sharp edge
It's quick, it's easy amd I'm very happy with it

What's best for someone is defined by that person.

sorry you had problems with yours, before i got mine all i ever did was ruin blades, the wicked edge has fixed all my screw ups and have made my kitchen knives razor sharp.. I would not trade it for the world.. i have a cabinet full of other sharpeners and stones which will not just collect dust..
