California shooters should know that BHPs were just listed on the "safe gun" list by the Department of Justice and are now legal for sale in California. I think only the 9mm is listed.

Just passing the word along. Shooters in other states-be glad you don't have to jump through these hoops!!

Thanks for the update. Even though I have yet to get my first 1911, I've already begun to consider the BHP as my second purchase, since I'd like to have a 9mm handgun as well.
