Accurate Plating does a black crome you might give them a call. I don't have their number in front of me send me an e-mail address and I'll send it to you.

I recently took delivery of a Rock River Arms commander length "Elite Commando" and had it done in Black Chrome. I believe that Accurate Plating & Weaponry did the plating, but I'm not completely sure of that.
Anyways, here's a picture:
