Got my Savage 10 back last night from Atwell Tactical here in N. Dallas - he threaded the barrel and installed a Griffin brake (which also takes my suppressor).
Nice clean work, very decent price and quickly-done:
I might get him to cut the barrel down some in the future - that 24" tube is a bit longer than expected with 2" of brake hanging off it (let alone an 8.5" can), but for now I just want to go shoot this thing
My old Remington 700 30-06 L/A with a lefty Boyd's stock, an accu-riser cheek pad and a Vortex Diamondback 4-12x40 scope on it. It can actually take stripper clips lol. I bought it for my bedding class with Speedy. The bluing on it was not so good so I refinished it in Gun-Kote titanium. It didn't come with the original stock and came with the Remington fiberglass stock. I also had to shorten the stock to my LOP and fit the pad to it. It has a nice clean trigger.
