BoMar Rear Sight info

I have a Bomar adjustable rear sight on my Colt series 80 pistol.

Does anyone know what the value of the adjustments are at 25 or 50 yds?
They must be awfully fine as it takes a bunch of turns to move the POI.

Which way do I have to turn the elevation and windage screws to make adjustments? It seems that if I tun the elevation screw CCW that the elevation increases. But the windage is different. CCW rotation of the windage screw appears to move the groups left.

For a 7" sight radius the adjustments are:

Elevation: each click equals 4/10" at 50 yards
Windage: each click equals 1/2" at 50 yards
