Wow, you got an XS! I've been looking for one but they are hard to find. What a great combination.
This XS has to be the finest production 1911's I have ever seen.
It is a keeper.
Now you need a fine looking woman to ride the bike and shoot the gun with you, then life is at it's best.
Now that you have the Harley, the women will show up. Something about the vibration of a V-Twin.

I wonder what my wife will think about all those women showing up?
She'll think the word got out that you have a big Colt !

Don't you mean catch up...lol Sorry..I like my jap bikes...faster. Used to love messing with harleys even when I had my street legal 650 dirtbike...we usually ran dead even..lol One thing about a harley..they look damn nice, and you can always sell it for more than you paid.
Allen,

Now I know the reason you had to sell off the Dillon!
Having a Colt and a Jeep, it would not have been right to buy a riceburner.

I don;t own them anymore, and besides, I got my Ford F-250 to satisfy the domestic gods..even if it does run on "funny" fuel that smells like kerosene

I sure know what you mean. Bought my first hog about 25 yrs ago and my first colt 24 yrs ago. What's worse is, I had another birthday yesterday!
