I have a relatively new BP Ten II that I am happy with except for one problem. It won't reliably feed the only hollowpoints I've tried in it, Win. White Box 230 gr. They nosedive into the feedramp.

I've put about 400-500 rounds through it, so I believe it's broken in. It feeds FMJ just fine. Is this common for polymer framed 1911s ?

In the wintertime, I don't view this as a problem b/c I'll use 230 gr. FMJ in that gun during wintertime anyway. However, I'll want to adress this before Spring. Any suggestions ?
Also, does anyone else switch to FMJ in the wintertime ?

Feed about 1000rds of FMJ though it and see if you have an improvement once you switch back to the JHP. Do a search for my post on issues I had with JHP a while ago as well for some more info on things to check.
