I didn't find anything when I searched the forum so.... I'm thinking about getting a Para-Ordnance CCW but I don't care for the bobbed grip safety. I was wondering if I can replace the bobbed beavertail with an extened Wilson or Ed Brown. I know that they'll need to be fitted and blended to the frame but can they be modified to work with the LDA trigger system?

I believe the mechanics of the LDA grip safety are different from a standard single action. If I remember correctly, the contact points looked quite different to me. I thought about changing my bobbed grip safety for a beavertail unit. When I was looking around, Brownell's had an LDA beavertail grip safety for the 7.45, of which the CCW is a variant.

I think this is the part, but I'm not sure:
