I found a local shop with 3 blue NIW Colt 10 MM mags. Is $28 each + tax a fair price? or should I look elsewhere for 10mm mags.

Brownell's Catalog says they cost right around $38.00 retail...plus 6.00 shipping per package. Sounds like a great deal.

By the way, Metalform sells an almost identical design to the Colt 8 rounders, but the old Colt mags I have seem to be better made than the new Metalforms. If you can get the Colt mags for a good price, grab them. Some prices for old Delta mags are over $40, at which point you might as well grab some of those super-expensive Tripp magazines instead.
