WW1-era Model of 1911, with the serial number filed off and frame refinished (unfortunately a common thing back before US military pistols could legally be owned by civilians). You have two choices, either notify ATF and see if they make you surrender it, or else hide it in the back of the safe and keep your mouth shut. Chances are nobody will ever find out, let alone care, but I do have to inform you that such a pistol is generally illegal to possess.

Just keep it safe, and dont rob any one or loan it to people and you will be fine. It has no real value, so dont try to sell it. Save it and give it to your kids some day.
