Does anyone have a current Blue Book of gun values. I have a Ltwt 38super that in my opinion is 98%. What is the value? Bone stock,blue. I would be surprised if it had 50 rounds through it. Im thinking about a trade for a blue pre-enhanced Delta or a steel series 70 blue cmdr in 45acp. Am I way off here? I have original box,and I believe original Colt mag.

If someone will trade you straight, you might have to throw in a little cash for the Delta, depending on what finish it has. For the Cdr, it should be a straight trade. Value is location/how bad someone wants it driven. A realistic range would be 500-600.

A lot of them like the 38's(even if it's just to make into a 9X23), and I'd say you could get 600 or 700

Thanks for the replies. I would really rather try to find a trade. 1st choice would be a Ltwt series 70 in 45acp. 2nd would be a series 70 steel cmdr in 45acp.or Delta. Excellent condition and blue only. What the heck it's Christmas time why not dream a little. Ive been looking around the Puget Sound area and Havent had any luck.

I don't know if you checked out that WSI (?)shooting academy place in Factoria,but a couple of months ago they had a blue series 70 ltw commander in .45 acp.I didn't have em' take it outta the glass,but it looked to be in nice shape.I think they were asking $599.

Byron, Thanks,I to saw that Ltwt. 45acp and went back to buy it before I bought my super. But as luck would have it one of the WSI employee's bought it. Tahnks any way for the post. I did however trade the super toward a Les Baer TRS.
