I saw a series 70 full sized nickel plated colt in a local gun shop
for $695.00. Good deal or not?

Thanks. Should this gun have a barrel bushing? This one does and it is very tight, and hard to field strip. Good or bad?

If this is an original Series 70 it probably has the collet bushing. Don't try to turn the bushing with the gun in battery (good advice for any 1911). Pull the slide back 1/2" or so and I bet the bushing turns easily.
