I follow the Colt Facebook page and this morning I was pleasantly surprised that they showed my Colt Commercial from 1917 this morning.

I never thought they would ever notice.

That is pretty cool.

My plea: Colt (CZG) bring back the pre-war reproduction project. Please.
Good luck with that. As cool as it would be I haven't seen any signs that Colt has any appetite for more retro guns, especially ones that would require new tooling. The pre-war commercial idea fell apart when Brent admitted that they weren't going to invest in the machinery needed to make checkered triggers and mainspring housings again. Heck, they didn't even bother the checker the hammers on the new snake revolvers!
