I see there are some Colt-branded ten round mags on eBay, and I was wondering if anyone is running their Rail Gun with these mags.

Branded mags are one thing, but if they don't work well in the gun, hey, $35 is a small price to pay to have my gun malfunction at the moment of truth. (Been using Wilson 47D's)

Thanks very much!

I never knew Colt offered ten-round mags. Got a link?

I have one and it works in most of my 1911’s except my series 70.

It's represented as a Colt factory magazine, but I don't know for certain.

I may give one a try and if it works out invest in a couple more. But for a few dollars more, you can get Wilson Combats that are well tested.

If you can save money without losing quality, that would be great. though.

For a few bucks less you can get some Chip McCormick 10 round mags. For a few bucks more you can get some Wilson Combat 10 round mags. Both are owned by Wilson and purchasing from Midway or Brownells removes the chance of getting a fake brand magazine. I personally own a few of the Chip McCormick 10 rounders and they have been 100 percent in my three 45acp 1911s including my CCO.
