volquartsen is pretty much the name, altho i really like the idea behind the STI one. Its quite nice but doenst come with a stock. IMO the best idea is get a 10/22 and build your own, its super easy and can be done for considerably less than it would cost to do it. My 10/22tnz (bone stock) cost me about 400 bux shipped, its the highest end model (no longer made) and will shoot dime sized groups at 25yrds, and not much bigger at 50 (1/2 inch are the norm). The only things ive done are a home trigger job and scoped the rifle. sometime next week im gonna bed the action and see if that helps any.
