Defender/Defender Plus?

What exactly is the Difference betweeen a Defender and a Defender Plus?

The plus has a commander or "full" size frame as opposed to the defender having the officers size frame.

IMO, if you get a Defender PLUS, you should just get a Commander, the 4.25" barrel is worth it. Officer frame is easier for me to conceal.
