Did Colt make 11 round mags for 45acp?

Is this statement regarding Colt manufacturing these mags true?

"They are manufactured by Colt, but will fit any 1911 pistol; Colt, Norinco, Springfield Armory, Wilson Combat, Kimber, etc..."

Specwar your first post and no Hi Guys! or something like that?
Not to sure about colt but about 10-15 years back a bunch of others guys made them. Just think 11 rounders are considered pre-ban, whats one more round got to do with anything? Oh bye the way WELCOME
