I know this thread is a couple of weeks old but I'd rather not post a new thread.

Can anyone explain to me the reasoning or theory behind a flat trigger with a slight angle such as:

10-8 Performance

vs.

the flat trigger with no angle such as:

10-8 Performance Trigger found on Brownells


It seems as though the first one has a slight downward angle whereas the latter does not.
As mentioned above, the two triggers you linked to are the same trigger. Also, this is the very trigger that used to replace the stock trigger in my Colt Gunsite. I fell in love with the feel of a flat trigger after my wife switched to the 10-8 flat trigger for her Springfield EMP.
