I want to get my standard stainless to look like the TRP finish. I can't tell from the picture if it is just matte or slightly polished, but it looks great.

Yes, they do all sorts of refinishing. I'm sure if you gave the Custom Shop a call, they would be happy to baed blast your pistol. I've had both blue and stainless models bead blasted. I really like their Armory Kote finish applied after bead blasting. In my experience, it wears extremely well.
