I want to replace the sear and trigger in my PT 1911, I have found that the sear pin is of a smaller diameter than the hole in the sear? Are there sears with different diameters? if so, where can I get a sear with a smaller diameter? How hard would it be to drill the existing hole to the correct size? The hole/pin size is approximately .105", and the sear is .109.

Check it with a micrometer. Nominal size for the sear pin hole is .110 -.002

IF the frame is really off... consider having the frame reamed (#35 or check Brownells) to spec.

Sorry yeti, I was typing when you posted.
I'm going back and checking myself.
