I don't know if I am spelling Siaga correctly, but I just saw some AK hunter style carbines in 308 and 223. They looked pretty neat and were priced around $200. Are these any good? What are pros and cons?

I've shot one in .308 and 7.62x39. Accurate, decent guns for the $$$.

Added bonus is they're as easy to clean as any other AK and as reliable.

I have a Saiga 410 shot gun. It functions great and shoots great. The downside to this weapon is that it only cycles 3" shells . 2.5" shells get hung up. But with the 3" it shoots all day.
