I am going to buy an Ed Brown drop in Maxi-Well. This comes with the mainspring housing with detachable maxi-well. Two questions for you guys-in-the-know. Do I want 20 LPI or 30 LPI checkering? and do I want the flat or the wedged mainspring housing? THANKS for any info.

My TRP came with this set up and I really like it. Believe its 30 lpi but I'm not sure. Remember that you'll need to change the baseplates on your magazines.

30lpi is much smoother than 20lpi. Personally, I like 20lpi since it "grips" much better and provides better traction (for lack of a better word). It's pretty much up to you--which do you like better? It doesn't make much difference.
