Has anyone had experience with having Kimber refinish their light weight frame? I'm not fond of the two tone finish on my Compact CDP and I'm considering having the frame anodized silver to match the slide.

Yea, I have been thinking the same thing. But I was thinking hard chrome by Tripp instead for my UCDP with a reliability tune. That should do it. :rock:

Just got off the phone with Ray at the Kimber Custom Shop. He advised me against anodizing the frame because it deteriorates the metal. I have never heard that before.:scratch:
