I found a used, plain Jane series 1 Kimber compact w/al frame, orginal box/papers, 2 mags and 98% condition. The guy wants a "fair" price for it and I don't know how much to offer him, any help will be greatly appreciated.

The 2 used ones I've seen in the past year or so have were $650-$750. I didn't buy one of them either. Maybe I should have. I dunno.

I think a ss/aluminum frame I would think $600.00-$650.00 or so. A blued version around $550.00 or so. This would be a series 1 right?

I bought a brand new one last year and paid $700 including shipping. Same gun: Kimber Compact SS/Alum Series I.

Worth every penny...

Thanks for the pricing info, since there won't be any transfer fee or shipping involved I'm going to offer him $600. I don't think either one of us will be getting hurt at that price since it's blued instead of ss.
