What do you like the best?

I've been using Shooters Choice ammonia based solvent and it takes to long to work.

Anything better out there?

Patience, please.

Search for copper and solvent. There are tons of threads where your question has already been answered.

Removing copper from a bore is rather slow with any ammonia based solvent.Try using a nylon bore brush to help break the fouling loose while using the solvent.
The two best and most effective solvents in my opinion are Sweets 7.62 and Bore Tech's Copper Remover.
Im a huge fan of the Bore Tech Bore Solvent and the Benchrest Blend,so I usually have a supply of the Copper Remover on hand at all times as well.
Butches Bore Shine is also a good solvent but not as strong as the Sweets or Bore Tech it seems.
So I prefer the Bore Tech or Sweets 7.62.

I use the Hoppes Bechrest stuff. Never used anything else so I can't compare but it seems to work pretty good. It does require some time in the bore.
