I am in the market for a stripped Stainless frame.

I was looking at the Fosters, as money is a bit of an issue.

As I understand it, Foster sells blemished frames, made for Caspian, by Pine Cone castings, which is owned by Ruger. That sound correct?

I have used Foster frames on all my builds and I will keep using them.
