Does anyone have a quick tutorial on this for a mill? I am going to attempt this conversion soon.

not quite on a mill but it describes the process. I use a drill press with the end mill bit with the frame held in a frame jig.

Very informative! I always appreciate seeing unique solutions like this for the person that doesn’t have access to a full machine shop!
