I have a Girsan MC1911 45 cal need help on finding a set of new sights
that will work with this model Any help would be appreciated

While many rear GI sights are the same cut, Import pistols typically come with a few different front sights (width and tenon size) none of which the average Joe is going to be able to swap out easily. You also need to determine the correct height. You can read more about it here

Your best bet is to determine how your gun shoots now, pick something you like from a place like Dawsons (or someone else who specializes in sights) and send it to them to install.
