Anyone heard whether Colt has intentions of certifying the Gold Cup for sale in California?

Yes, sometime after the first of the year, my question to all is which one do you want first the stainless round top version with Bomar sights or the carbon flat top version with Elliason sights?

My vote goes this way:

stainless round top version with Bomar sights

I want a Colt with the factory installed Bomar/round top. I was going to buy a Baer PII(no stainless or hardchromed approved for CA. either) however, I will get a Goldcup instead. Mark if you ever head to the Sacramento area, I as well as some other members can let you know which retailers to hit. Those of us behind the wall appreciate Colt continuing to offer it's products to us.
