I don't know about their web shopping functions, but just give them a call and place the order over the phone. I've used Natchez for many years and they have never screwed up an order or otherwise given me less than excellent service.

The magazines were ordered on Thursday, the 15th and arrived today, Tuesday, the 20th exactly as ordered and in perfect condition. As to the OUTRAGEOUS shipping charges I got five magazines delivered for less than what I would have paid for four of them with my trade discount at Brownell's. I don't know what anyone else's definition of a good deal is, but this surely meets mine.

BTW this order was placed using their internet webcart system.

I took the words of warning to heart and also ordered 5 mags plus a few other items that were not necessity items either. I used the cart system. If the order wasn't completely filled, no problem since I was buying spare parts. My order arrived just fine, everything was there, and they even sent me a giant catalog.

What a great price for Wilson 47D 8 rd mags!

I've used their new shopping cart to order 11 different boxes of ammo(load testing in a new gun). I rec'd that order in 3 days. I also ordered some Wilson magazines a few days ago. I'm satisified with their service. Maybe they've gotten their act together. My 2 cents.

Both Natchezss and Botach Tactical offer good prices on things, have some great sales, and both have pitiful reputations for quality service. I have order several times from Botach and had one order that I needed to have exactly right and on time be screwed up such that it created some inconveniences. It is a shame that these businesses cannot offer their great prices and consistently get orders correct. Now when I order, I make sure that I am not in an emergency need situation, meaning if it doesn't get filled, I can cover the order elsewhere in time for my needs. That is actually probably a good idea for all of us when ordering. When you can, don't wait until the last minute.

A $9.76 shipping charge for UPS ground from TN to FL on an order for two magazines that won't weigh a pound with the box & packing is OUTRAGEOUS!

ElrodCod, shipping on my 5 mags and other items was only $6.74 to Texas. Plus, that included their giant catalog and then smaller specials catalog. I take it you were surprised by the shipping charges? The way to avoid that is to call in your order and let them give you the total. Then, if you don't like it, you simply cancel right there and then no surprises.

I live in GA so I can't buy from them any way, but Midway's price is just as good if not better. Natchez charges $3.99 for credit cards plus shipping. If you add these in, your back to the mid $20's.
