I've been buying em locally but not happy with the results. Has anybody tried Laser-Cast's 405 grain or 500 grain bullets? Any other good sources?

A friend of mine (cowboy action shooter) gets his from www.bonusbullets.com , the same place I get my 200 gr. SWC's. He's only about 40 miles from me and he goes to all the gun shows. If you see anything you like and would like just a few to sample, drop me a line and I'll get some and send them.

I haven't tried them, but anything from laser-cast is usually worth the money.

I have both the 405s and the 500s from Laser Cast, and I've loaded the 405s. I showed the 500s to my father-in-law, and all he could say was "Jeez!" Lots of lead and lots of meplat; they're going with my Guide Gun the next time I'm anywhere near Bear Country.
