I would have returned these to the store, but the Mec-Gar I got at Siegle's of Oakland's going-out-of-business sale, the 10-round I bought from a vendor at the gun show, and they have a no-return policy, even if I could find them at the show again.
The 8-round has never been fired, the 10-round used once only, maybe not all ten.
