Unload the pistol. Dissamble the slide from the frame. With the hammer down, and the muzzle facing left punch out the pin holding the hammer spring housing located on the bottom of the grip. Slide the housing out. Take the sear spring out. Cock the hammer, and work the safety loose and remove the grip safety. Inspect whether there are any burr on the safety and bearing surface on the frame. Bend the right hand leaf (the shortest one, of the sear spring. While you are at it give it a thorough cleaning and reoil the parts. Then reassemble. Hope that will help. While you are at it, you might want to check for burrs on the inside of the safety before you reassemble.
