[10-Ring]

I want to replace my grips. Thinking either Pachmayr or Hogue...(don't like th figure groove styles). Any other suggestions?

well, it really depends on what you want, looks, for shooting. i put wood grips o n my colts because i like it better. i still get a good firm hold on the gun. i don't care for wrap arounds either.

the thing about the 1911, is you can have a dozen set of grips for one gun, heck when i go to a gun show and can't afford a gun, i buy grips for my colt. it helps ease the pain of lezaving the show without a bag full of 1911's!!! you can get wood in about any style you want
