Allow me to second Ken Crawley. He has worked on a couple of my 1911's.
He rebarreled a CD FS for me, installed a NM bushing. Have only shot about 1000 rounds since March. Finally got around to accuracy testing this evening.
I am no great pistol shot, but sandbagged at 22 yards, all 8 rounds go into a ragged hole about 2.5 inches across. Not just once, but over and over.
He and his wife, Cindy make most of the Market Hall & Mesquite gun shows. Good folks, first class work, on time, reasonably priced.
